With EvA 2000, Exchange Administrator & Outlook users finally have an ideal tool to synchronize e-mail addresses and fax numbers between their relational database and Exchange (2003, 2000 and 5.5). Practical and reliable, EvA uses Microsoft libraries only: MDAC & ADSI. EvA 2000 enables replications towards recipient containers in the Active Directory (Exchange Directory) or shared contacts in a Public Folder as well as the creation and maintenance of Distribution Groups (Distribution Groups (Lists)). EvA 2000 access datasources using ADO (OLE DB, SQL Server, Oracle, OLAP,...) or DAO (Access, FoxPro, dBase, ...).

Sending e-mails and faxes is facilitated by EvA 2000. Outlook users do not have to re-encode addresses anymore. They take immediate advantage of the standardization of incoming and outgoing e-mail addresses, which facilitates the research and classification of messages. Without leaving Outlook, even off-line, Outlook users are enabled to consult information on their contacts (offline address book). Moreover, precise and up-to-date distribution groups (lists) are at their disposal.

Eva 2000 supports Windows & Exchange 2003/2000 and enables synchronization with the Active Directory.
