With EvA 2000, Outlook users finally have an ideal tool to synchronize e-mail addresses and fax numbers between their relational database and Exchange 2003/2000 or 5.5. EvA 2000 enables replications towards recipient containers in the Active Directory (Exchange Directory) or shared contact in a Public Folder as well as the creation and maintenance of Distribution Groups (Lists).
 

Replicate in a Public Folder 

Eva 2000 replicates - all or a selection of - your Corporate Database is shared Contacts Public Folders.
OutLook users will access all their contacts information, both standard OutLook fields and your specific information, on- or off-line through standard synchronization.


Recipients in the Active Directory (Exchange Directory)

Eva 2000 replicates - all or a selection of - your Corporate Database in the Active Directory (Exchange Directory).
Exchange users will be able to send e-mails (and faxes) to their contacts, using address books or the Global Address List (GAL).


Distribution Groups (Lists)

EvA 2000 creates and updates Distribution Groups (Lists) based on queries, tables, views and stored procedures.
EvA 2000 may create and update multiple Distribution Groups, based on profiles, keywords, ZIP codes, ... in a single or multiple Active Directory Organizational Units (Exchange Container).
Distribution Groups (Lists) may include and combine e-mail addresses and fax numbers.

If you have a fax connector for Exchange, like GFI FaxMaker, Fenestrae, RightFax, Faxination, ZetaFax, TopCall, Omtool Fax Sr, FACSys, ..., EvA 2000 may replicate the fax numbers from your Corporate database in the Active Directory (Exchange Directory). Users will be able to send faxes to their contacts, using in their cover-sheets fields like Name, Organization Name, Department, Address, Telephone, etc.
